1516 Brewing Company - Southern Eclipse DDH NE IPA

Double dry hopped New England style IPA. Hopped with USA “HBC 586” bringing herbs and spice being hidden by the Australian “Eclipse” and the New Zealand “Nelson Sauvin”, each bringing a different style of fruitiness. We also added Oats to the malt bill making a creamy texture. A Beautiful sight to see.
