Browar Rockmill - Sourcase #1: Tropical Sour

It's time to announce one of the two premiere collaborations you'll be tasting this weekend at the @warszawskifestival of beer 🍻 We've been in Greece more often lately, so it should come as no surprise that together with the guys from @mainsqueeze_brewing we decided to cook something together😎 The guys liked our soury so much that they suggested starting a series focusing on fruity acids. Spring is soon here, so we're starting with the Tropical Soura, with the lion's share of guava, mango and passion fruit puree (flavourless😉). It's sour, tropically fruity, extremely light and refreshing, what more do you want when the weather gets warmer😍
