Here is the third instalment of our Cieszyn Barley Wine. After the first classic, the second one with cherries, it was time for the soured version, which was matured for several months in Bourbon Whiskey oak barrels, gaining its character. This made the bouquet of the beer richer with new sour-fruit and caramel-vanilla characteristics. The expanded maltiness gained additional wine and roasted oak flavours. This unique beer will be best enjoyed at 12-14°C.

Ingredients: water, barley malts (Pale Ale, pilsner, caramel), hops, yeast.
Energy value per 100 ml: 416 kJ/99 kcal.
Turbidity and sediment are natural characteristics of the product.
Store in a cool place.
