Live Barrel, week of 10/13/15. A Blond ale aged in a Chardonnay barrel for 4 months with lemon peel and Sorachi Ace hops, then intensified with a final addition of hops and lemon peel to the serving cask, offering characteristics of lemon zest, white pepper, and oak tannin.
