Beer description
Piiska is inspired by crisp and hoppy north German pilsners. It is fermented and stored "low and slow" in order to obtain a very clean profile. It's super dry, grainy, abundantly aromatic, hopped and ends up bitter. After fermentation and removal of the yeast, it is cold hopped. The hop profile is grassy, slightly herbaceous with hints of green tea and citrus fruits. Unfiltered. Grains: Pils, Dextrin, Melanoid Hops: Magnum, Tettnang, H. Mittelfrüh, Cascade
Hops
Cascade aromatic hop, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh aromatic hop, Magnum bitter hop
