Rheintaler Culinarium corn beer is made from "Ribel" (Rheintaler corn), fine Rheintaler malting barley, Swiss aroma hops and with water from the Rhine Valley. It was introduced on the occasion of the company's 100th anniversary. Rheintaler Culinarium Maisbier has become the best-known Rheintaler beer specialty. It is the first beer in Switzerland to carry the Culinarium label.
