Beer description
Brewed with beech smoke malt from Bamberg and hops from the Franconian Bavarian homeland, caramel-nutty scents immediately emerge in the nose. The smoked beer is reminiscent of freshly smoked ham from the old village butcher's shop next door. The interplay between the smoky malt note and the sweetness of the caramel malt are rounded off by a spicy malt bitterness and a flowery hop bitterness.
