Sonnen-Bräu - Imperial Stout

A top-fermented strong beer with a deep black color - bottled by hand in small bottled by hand in small quantities and matured in various barrique barrels {oak, sherry barrel, cognac barrel, bourbon barrel}. Bavarian aroma hops and a good portion of caramel and roasted malts give this exceptional stout clear notes of cocoa on the nose. On the tongue, the taste buds are almost overloaded with notes ranging from espresso to dark chocolate - they vary depending on the barrique barrel maturation. In the finish, the light oak note caresses the palate and rounds it off.
