A "Grünhopfen Kellerbier", brewed with 4 different hop varieties, grown in our own hop garden and harvested in September with combined forces umbel for umbel at the Hopfenzupferfest. Within 24 hours the hops were brewed still "green" without drying. In the process, the essential oils are preserved in their entirety.
A beer that you may never get to drink again. Because depending on the weather and external influences, the hops form differently and give the Kellerbier each year a unique note between high bitterness or intense fruitiness.
