Beer description

Mürsbach is located in the Itzgrund, which is why the special brew was christened "Itz Coast IPA". Sunny light brewed, top fermented and served unfiltered! The hopping of the brew is based on the well-known "West Coast IPAs" of the USA, but with a Franconian full-bodied note from the Itzgrund and somewhat lighter. The cold hopping binds the essential oils in the beer, giving the brew its tropical scent of lime, mango and citrus notes. Summer does not stop in the mouth either. On the palate, a nice Franconian full-bodiedness supports the drinkability, which is relieved by a fine tart bitterness. The Hopfenblümla Ale yeast makes the special brew summery creamy and invites by its low alcohol content of only 4.9% also on one or other Seidla more. Aroma profile: floral bouquet of citrus fruits, pineapple, orange, mango, lime. Malt: Sun malt, Munich malt, Cara Pils. Hops: Amarillo, Belma, Citra, Jaryllo.
