Depending on the vintage, the Bock comes with between 12 and 18 revolutions - not for the faint-hearted. But that's not all. The Eisbock, which is only brewed once a year in small quantities, is allowed to mature again for several months in special wooden barrels that were previously filled with high-quality spirits. It takes around 16 months from the time the malt grain is broken open in the brewhouse to the enjoyment of the good drop.
