Sonnen-Bräu - 1868er

Brewed like 150 years ago. In the "OLD" way. In 1868 hides the best beech smoked malt from Bamberg. A maroon color, light fine-pored foam. The mouthfeel unfolds the old mashing process that gives off a warming full-bodiedness. The special brew owes its rich hop aroma to the old hop variety Spalt Spalter. This is underpinned by the Altbier yeast. This gives our 1868 Rauchaltbier its typical "ALT" flavor profile!
