Classic Weissbierbock, brewed and fermented with 18.9% original gravity and 8.0% alcohol. Maturation of the brew for 9 months in a Caribbean rum barrel from Jamaica in the sandstone rock cellar. The maturing process resulted in a real beer speciality for connoisseurs. When fizzing open the crown cork already unfolds a slightly fruity note. With an oily texture and a fine-pored foam bouquet, the Bock flows into the glass. Due to the complex bottle fermentation, a tingling carbonic acid unfolds on the tongue. The taste is a real firework! On the palate, a fine acidity flashes on the tongue. On the mouth spread dried fruit, fruity rum notes as well as licorice and classic banana wheat beer notes. In the aftertaste remains a slightly caramel malty note and slightly woody nutty aroma. A special beer specialty suitable as a degistif on warm spring evenings in the garden.
