The rediscovered method of "hop stuffing" makes it possible to bind even the most volatile aromas of selected hop varieties in beer. So our "stuffed badger" initially smells pleasantly citrusy, but always changes, because our beer lives and evolves. The preparation is quite elaborate, but the result speaks for itself: The aroma unfolding of pure hops, without being bitter.
Hier wurde alles richtig gemacht.... Sehr lecker, kann man empfehlen.
