Every year in autumn again a joy: the Oktoberfest beer. At 5.2% vol. it is a bit more extract rich than its siblings. Through the successful combination of many different Cara malts, and a particularly warm fermentation, we have brewed a particularly tasty, fruity, bottom-fermented beer.
