A gentle mosh pit, that polietly pushes together the floral peach and stonefruit of Azacca hops with the spicy belgian phenolics of our house trappist style yeast. Gentle bitterness leaves a crisp finish that isn't overly sweet. Dangerous enough to be rebellious but won't get you grounded.
