Orca - Snjóland

"Snjóland is the first cold IPA from Orca. "Cold IPA is a new variety within the IPA family. It is characterized above all by the fact that it is brewed very light and mostly with rice flakes. It is also not cloudy, fermented with a lager yeast at warmer temperatures or a top-fermenting yeast at cooler temperatures and, of course, intensely fruity and hopped. In this case, Kölsch yeast is used at cool temperatures. It is also properly hopped with the high-concentration Simcoe and Citra hop varieties as "cryos" from Yakima Chief. Nicely drinkable despite the higher alcohol content, extremely aromatic hops, some pine and resin, plus lots of exotic citrus fruit. Clear, light malt body. The rice gives the beer more body, yet with a slender note, plus stable foam and high drinkability. A really tasty hoppy-fruity stuff.
