The inspiration for this sweet temptation came from the Rocky Road ice cream, which is very popular in the USA. This is a chocolate ice cream specialty to which nuts and marshmallows are added. They wanted to create a beer that would produce just as incredibly delicious a taste experience as chocolate ice cream. You achieved this in a really impressive way with the Rocky Road Stout.
