The Bruery - Small One-ders Project: 02 - John Lemon

John Lemon was inspired by an afternoon of Sgt. Pepper's blaring in the brewhouse and a box full of our favorite type of dessert, lemon bars! This beer was brewed on our pilot system with the original intent of it being draft-only. It came together so nicely we knew it had to be packaged and shared. This can is bursting with nuances of a rich shortbread crust, tangy lemon filling, and a dusting of powdered sugar on top for a bright, citrusy experience perfectly complementing the subtle bourbon barrel characteristics and the elements of caramel, vanilla, and coconut of this wheatwine-style ale.
