Brasserie Skumenn - Skumenn Pale Ale

Skumenn Pale Ale is a beer of high fermentation Anglo-Saxon inspiration. It is made by the Skumenn brewery in Acigné in Ille-et-Vilaine based on malt pilsner and carrared as well as nugget and cascade hops. Optics: blond and slightly golden, attacks the orange tones. The nose is fruity, with a fairly fine balance all around, reminiscent of notes reminiscent of brown sugar and citrus fruits (including grapefruit and clementine). It is a fruity beer with citrus notes, which are very present during the tasting. There is a good length in the mouth with a constant for the bitterness.
