Ancient Norwegian yeast cultures known as "kveik" have been fermenting traditional Nordic beer for generations, and now they’ve been lucky enough to get hands on an isolated Hornindal strain to try out. Ekuanot, Simcoe and Mosaic feature in first showcase.
