The brewery chose to celebrate enhanced economic trading with the esteemed Brouwerij Kees by investing in very special yeast - an isolated strain from Brasserie d'Achouffe. Expect spice, clove and orange notes from the yeast working in harmony with an expressive European hop profile that includes enriched Mandarina Bavaria.
