An extraordinary comeback for one of the beers we're most proud of. Expect rich aromas of dark sugar and toffee, with a comforting chocolate fudge flavour profile, warming spirit complexity and a slick mouthfeel. This is the 2023 vintage of Dark & Perilous Nights. It spent 18 months ageing in Wild Turkey, Buffalo Trace, Jim Beam and Woodford Reserve barrels before bottling. Since then, it's been aged in bottles in our cold store in Finchampstead.
