Beer description
The brewery love Civil Society and wanted to go all out with this post-LCBF collaboration. This Sour DIPA is loaded with the most hops they've ever used, 6 different varieties to be precise. On the nose this gives them pineapple, tropical fruits, grapefruit and dankness. All of this continues as you drink, with masses of fresh citrus, zests and explosive tart fruitiness. A big full mouthfeel, slight sweetness and the underlying sourness offsets those massive hops flavours perfectly. A huge dry hop and delicate sourness make Cradle of Culture dangerously drinkable!
