Beer description
Following on from Caribbean Chocolate Ginger Cake last year, they were keen to include a wildcard in this year’s collection, and what could provide a bigger plot twist than a white stout? Taking white chocolate as the inspiration, theybegan work on a recipe to excite and confuse the senses. Some of the flavour profile in this beer will be familiar, with cacao nibs, husks and Cypress wood working their magic. A carefully curated malt base is boosted with more lactose than usual to keep the body smooth and thick, while vanilla additions bring the white chocolate sensations. The beer is finished with red berry notes accenting the finished creation.
