Brouwerij Sint Crispijn - Zonnewende

Poured into a trappist glass. Cloudy medium golden, small frothy white head, diminishing mostly, thin lacing; shy aroma, pale malts, grain, lime, hnt of honey; taste is medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, wheaty, light citrus, spicy notes, average duration, light dry finish; medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation; fresh but rather bland blonde and on the thin side for a tripel.
