Light gold, sweet malt notes of apple juice, almond milk and honey appear in the fragrance. The initial taste is refreshing with a fine acidity. This bottom-fermented beer is mild, sweet with light earthy elements and a delicate spiciness of Czech Saaz hops and German hops such as Perle and Hallertauer. The round and smooth maltiness comes from brewing with 100% barley malt. Named after the lion of Thai mythology, this beer shows more character (courage) than most other light lagers from Asia. A nice beer on hot days, as a thirst quencher or with Asian dishes. This Thai beer is drunk at 5-6°C from a classic beer glass.
