Beer description
Light Beer is a lightly hopped, pale lager beer with a fresh aftertaste. Light beers are characterised by low original gravity and advanced beer fermentation. As a result, they are low in energy. Light Beer contains less than 20 ppm gluten, or 2 mg/100 ml, making it suitable for people with coeliac disease.
Light Beer 'Eagle Beer' was launched in 1982 and for a long time was the first and only light beer in Finland.
Light Beer has been awarded several times at The Brewing Industry International Awards in England. In 2008, Light Beer won a silver medal in the World Beer Cup in the USA in the Gluten Free Beer category.
