In the spring of 2018, Ian Faulkner renamed his Elmshorn brewery by Balduin Ales in Simian. One reason is probably the move from the kitchen in the Balduinstrasse in the own brewery. But he still makes great sude as a hiking brewer. Cloudy summer beer with grapefruit and lemon notes.
