Beer description
The bottom-fermented lager or export beer is a classic German beer style. It was exported abroad and brewed with a slightly higher alcohol content. The color of dark lager beers is created by the dark malt used, which is dried longer and more intensively than light malts. The color palette of dark lagers ranges from red to amber to brown. The malty, slightly roasted aroma and the round, slightly sweet, full-bodied taste also come from the dark malts. Our SIEGELSBERGER DUNKLES LAGER has an amber-red color and is brewed with four different malts. We dedicate this specialty beer to the Murrhardt suburb of Siegelsberg, where our brewery has been located since 2017.
Aromas of dark fruit and hints of open fire harmonize with a strong full-bodied taste and a smooth finish. The cozy beer for convivial evenings.
