Beer description
Hops: Amarillo, BRU-1, Pahto, Simcoe. Every year we try to surpass ourselves by making the hoppy, most intense IPA we can find. During the annual harvest we sample countless hop varieties to select the ultimate blend - flavorful and aggressive, yet refined. Then we push them beyond their limits to reinvent Hoptimum, a remarkably drinkable triple IPA.
