Sideshore, our 5.4% European-style Pilsner, is brewed with a blend of continental Pilsner malt and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops from Seitz Hop Farm in Germany. Sideshore pours pale gold in color with a creamy white head and has a light-bodied, highly attenuated profile combining high quality pale German malts with an elegant floral hop expression carried forward by natural carbonation.
