Beer description
Smart, thick dictionary books tell us that the name of the famous Mexican soup "Pozole" translates from Aztec as "Foam".
That's pretty much all you need to know about the history of this soup. Seriously. Don't even try to look it up, you won't like it. But now that the fierce Aztecs have been bred into good-natured Mexican gringos, pozole is a great way to sample Mexico's "every day" cuisine. And given that its first name is "foam" after all, the idea of releasing a pozole-flavoured beer wasn't exactly on the surface, it screamed "follow me, compadres". Well we did, meet "Si, Jefe! Pozole." Brightly spiced, full of flavour, pleasantly scalding on entry - just what Mama Mexico ordered! The medicinal effect is present, the social effect is present, pour with a shake, enjoy!
