S'Edla Craft Bier - Märzen

The color is golden yellow with a slight opalescence because it is unfiltered. The Antrunk is fruity fresh and reminiscent of fresh hay. The Citrusnote comes from the hops "Mandarina Bavaria", which was added as Kalthopfung. It forms a white, fine-pored foam that holds well, for which the mitgemaischten spelled flakes are responsible. Sparkling, refreshing carbon dioxide completes the taste.
