Second Salem Brewing - Wildman of La Grange

n February 1929, local authorities apprehended a “wild looking individual…short, stocky, be-whiskered, unkempt…and with no visible means of support.” While being transported from La Grange to Whitewater’s City Hall, this “Wildman” wriggled free, leading officers on a sidewalk chase that passed in front of what is now Second Salem Brewing Company.
