After an elegantly delicious holiday season, The Bruery's 11 Pipers Piping spent nine months in Speyside Scotch barrels, resulting in a savory barrel-aged treat. Belgian Candi sugar and coriander gift this ale a slightly spiced, toffee-like sweetness enhanced by caramel and nutty characters developed from the Speyside barrels. This Scotch-style ale hums a memorable melody in our Twelve Days of Christmas Series.
