Beer description
Dry Hopped Dark Ale is a top-fermented, dark naturally cloudy beer fermented with a Belgian ale yeast. The dark barley malt gives our vintage beer its genuine, caramel, malt aromatic flavor with subtle roasted notes. These combine perfectly with the spicy, gently earthy aroma of the top-fermented Trappist yeast to create a fully rounded, complex beer.
Cold hopping in the lagering cellar allows the Callista flavor hops to develop their full, voluminous, fruity aroma: green-grassy, of red berries and exotic fruits.
The intense mahogany hue and dark foam make you want to try this rarity.
