The Culinarium-certified specialty beer is a pure natural product from the region: Brewed from barley malt and wheat malt from the estate Watt Castle in Mörschwil, the best Swiss hops from Stammheim and Ribelmais from the Rhine Valley. The careful fermentation and storage completes the velvety-beer aroma of St. Galler Landbier. Refreshing, slightly sourish aroma and a smell of freshly harvested cereals and light yellow Ribelmais.
