Schönramer - Festbier

Another seasonal specialty from Schönram is the Schönramer Festbier, also called Weihnachtsbier. This balanced Bavarian Märzen is bottled after nine weeks of storage always on time for the first Advent. Quite traditionally, this special beer should be available at the beginning of Advent in the trade and that should remain so. The deep golden to copper color comes from a specially for this beer slightly roasted malt. While one perceives flowery aromas, one senses an alcoholic sweetness in the Antrunk, which changes however very fast into a clear hop hue.
