Schongauer Brauhaus - Weißbier

The Schongauer Weissbier is a typical, yeast-clouded wheat beer. The top-fermented fermentation process using only the best raw materials produces an excellent banana aroma. This is characteristic of Bavarian wheat beers. The alcohol content is around 5.5% - the beer is sparkling because it contains more CO2 due to a different fermentation process.
