Beer description
In this amber-colored Zwickl, all natural suspended and turbid matter, especially the yeast, are retained, making it a full-bodied beer. Originally, Zwicklbier meant the sample that the master brewer took for quality control before filtering from the storage tank via the Zwickl tap.
