Beer description

The train no. 1 presents itself with a fine-pored, thick cream-colored foam. The heavenly, exotic scent is reminiscent of the ripe fruits passion fruit and rhubarb. The initial taste does not dissolve the tension created by the wonderful scent - it intensifies it. Fresh, finely sparkling liveliness dances with creamy smoothness over the tongue and palate. The mouth is filled with opulent fruitiness. An experience with a distinctive hop aroma in full breadth: dry, resinous and again fruity.

Für mich das perfekte Bier. Pale Ale. Schaum, Farbe , Geruch und Geschmack: Top. Ich trinke es immer, wenn möglich, im Felsenkeller. Aus der Flasche auch Top.
