Beer description
Scheilzat is Brussels dialect for "Very drunk". Gist in collab with Jendrain-Jandrenouille created an crushable IPA. Meant to be drink in pints this IPA is all you want from a good IPA. Bitterness and not watery, this low abv IPA (to Belgian standards) is meant to be hoppy with tropical notes. The use of wheat brings a hint of acidity to make it your best friends to go a few pints deep. The heavy dry hopping with the three sure value hops is present making this IPA hazy and juicy. Citra, Mosaic and centennial brings all of that together. Cheers!
Hops
Centennial aromatic hop, Citra - HBC 394 aromatic hop, Mosaic - HBC 369 aromatic hop
