Beer description
In September 2022, we received 960kg of locally grown Schaarbeekse cherries at Oud Beersel. We let these macerate on our Lambic for about six months. The result is a ruby red cherry Lambic, in which the character of the Schaarbeekse cherries comes forward nicely. Full-bodied, pleasantly sour and with hints of almond. The Schaarbeekse Kriekenlambiek is exclusively available on tap. A delicious thirst quencher.
