Beer description
In this rousing edition of our Reserve Series, we found inspiration from the classic pairing of dark chocolate and red wine.
We gave Sasquatch's Vineyard an imperial stout foundation with chocolate and roasted malts, lending notes of cocoa nibs, dried fruit, and dark bread to the base. Additions of Cabernet Sauvignon grape must impart the beer with sublime wine notes of cherry, earth, dark fruit acidity, and cassis
