" CREATIVE BREW " is an original line of the Yebisu brand that utilizes the technology and knowledge that Yebisu has cultivated for over 130 years to challenge the creation of new, delicious and fun beer that is not bound by traditional concepts of beer. This product, the eighth in the " CREATIVE BREW " series , is a collaboration between a chef and brewer from one of Tokyo's leading hotels. It uses some environmentally friendly French barley malt (Note 2) and has a gorgeous aroma that combines lush young grass and rich citrus notes, reminiscent of the white grape "Sauvignon Blanc" used in wine. Enjoy the marriage of early summer ingredients created by food and beer professionals.
