Young brewers take on the challenge of a new beer. The Ebisu, which has spun out its history and traditions, is combined with special ingredients with ‘time’ as the keyword. The fragrant flavour and deep taste are brought out by using hojicha tea leaves that have been slowly roasted and slowly matured with top-fermentation yeast that has been carefully selected to bring out a fine, rich taste. The hops are partly made from fine aroma hops from Saarz, which are characterised by their elegant bitterness. The packaging is a subdued orange colour reminiscent of hojicha (roasted green tea), and is decorated with a pattern featuring tea leaves and a spreading aroma, giving it a subtly Japanese feel. Enjoy it when you need to take a breather.
