A pleasantly smoky Yebisu made with smoked malt*.
Young brewers are taking on the challenge of creating a new beer with a new appeal. This is an Yebisu with a subtly smoky, savoury taste, achieved by using some beech-smoked malt, short-time brewing at high temperatures to bring out the original flavour of the malt, and a cross-breeding of Yebisu yeast.
