The American beer style "Cream Ale" has its origin towards the end of the 19th century. American brewers developed this style to compete with the modern lagers of the mostly German European immigrant brewers. In addition to the classic top-fermented yeast, bottom-fermented yeast was also used. The use of oat and spelt malts gives our ALE-LAGER Hybrid a creamy mouthfeel. We have given this beer the final touch with a strong cold hopping with three intense aroma hop varieties!
