We wanted to create with this High-fermenting Ale a delicately amber-coloured beer that would accompany aperitifs on cold winter evenings and promote conviviality. Thanks to the two hops that give it character, Mosaic and Herkules, this beer is recommended both for an aperitif and to accompany full-bodied, structured dishes, such as a baked dish or a pasta dish with a rich sauce.

Aftertaste rather full-bodied and soft, long persistence on the palate, rather dry, closes with a hint of light sweetness
Recommended pairings Sweet and less sweet mature cheeses (cow/goat), baked and grilled meats, baked pastas and with strong sauces bread cake.
